Rosso Di Toscana Tenute Rossetti - 750ml Bottle

The wine is dark ruby red in colour with alluring aromas of ripe cherries, plums and spices. On the palate it is harmonious, perfectly balanced with hints of ripe plums and wild berries, silky tannins with a long clean finish.

A truly lovely wine which would match meat dishes, pasta and fresh cheeses.

Production Area: Tuscany.

Grapes: Sangiovese 90%, Merlot 10%.

Vinification and Maturation: Vinification takes place after delicate crushing of the grapes. The must macerates on the skins for 1-2 weeks in order to favour the extraction of colour and other polyphenolic substances.

Colour: Light ruby-red.

Smell: Fine, with scents of wild berry fruits and red flowers.

Flavour: Dry and fresh, with nice body and smooth tannins.

Food Combinations: It is excellent with pasta, light meat dishes and fresh cheese.

Serving Temperature: Serve at 16°C (61°F.)
