Yes pecorino can be the name of a cheese but here it is made from a grape grown in the east coast of Italy. Pale yellow packed with remarkably intense aromas of pear, grapefruit and lemon flavours  On the palate citrus fruits, hints of hawthorn and orange blossom. Soft, clean, but persistent texture and a pleasing mineral complexity. An unusual but truly delicious wine.
