Vesevo is the ancient name of the Volcano Vesuvio that besides being famous for its violent eruptions,  through the years returned all it had taken away, making the large surrounding areas particularly favourable soil for vine-growing.

Fresh, succulent stonefruit with a citrus backbone.Often typified by warm tropical fruit and a touch of oak. Aromas of ripe citrus, nectarine and passionfruit drive this style.

A crisp, dry white is a good starting point for pairing with white fish, but sauces and spices can push you towards other styles, and it's important to remember that some species are more delicate than others.
